Use leftover sirloin steak to make this quick and delicious salad!
Yield: Serves 6
precooked grilled sirloin steak strips | |||
|

2 | bags | your favorite ready-to-use-salad greens | |
|
|||
1 | small Bermuda onion, sliced | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | baby bella mushrooms | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | crumbled Gorgonzola cheese | |
|
|||
Vinaigrette Dressing:* | |||
1/4 | cup | garlic infused olive oil | |
|
|||
3 | Tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | sugar | |
|
|||
*OR 1/4 cup bottled Balsamic vinaigrette | |||
|
|||
salt, to taste | |||
|
|||
pepper, to taste | |||
|
In small bowl, whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette. *To save even more time use bottled balsamic vinaigrette.
In large bowl, combine salad greens, steak strips, onion and mushrooms. Toss with vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
