8 | ounces | uncooked ridged elbow macaroni | |

8 | ounces | bulk Italian sausage | |
|
|||
6 | plum tomatoes, chopped | ||

1 | cup | whipping cream | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded | |
|
Cook macaroni according to package directions: drain. Brown sausage in large skillet until done; drain and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, cream and cooked macaroni. Cook over medium heat until heated through. (Do not boil.)
Sprinkle with cheese and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
