4 | cups | cubed cooked turkey | |

2 | cups | diced ripe mango | |

1 | cup | toasted pecan pieces* | |

3/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | lime juice | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | poppy seeds | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
6 | cups | mixed greens | |
|
Combine turkey, mango and toasted pecans* in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, lime juice, poppy seeds, salt and pepper; pour over turkey mixture; toss.
Arrange greens on plates. Spoon turkey salad over greens. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
*To toast pecans:
Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated 400 degree F oven until pecans are deeply golden, about 4 minutes.
